I purchased EMM a while back and got a username and password to the registered area. Since then, I've had to write to Alessio 2 times to get a new password and username because for some reason the access codes got wiped out. I wrote to Alessio on the 21 og sept and to a different email of his on the 22 of sept hoping I would get a new access codes but no reply. Is the registered area bugged or do you have to buy EMM many times?
