I am still getting cover saving error when downloading data from DVDEMPIRE.COM, or any other other sites.

This is the message I keep getting "JPG save error, can't open file for writing .... "

I am using Windows XP and XMM verion 4.8 build 1.

Hi Faisal,

I think that next week I will release the RC1, the new 5.0 it's finished, I need only to fix some bugs.

Have you try it? Have you some problems with it?

Please let me know.

Hi, for your information, I can see old pictures, only new ones are failing to save. Not only it cannot capture from the site but the program cannot save from clip board, it also fail to accept pictures from the harddisk.

appreciate solving the problem if new release will take long time to be available.

Is it every cover or just certain ones? I receive that error on occasion as well but it is because of the name of the file. The name of the jpg trying to be created would have contained quotes, " , thus making it an illegal filename. It would be nice to have the program not try to use certain characters when generating a filename but it only happens once and a while and I just download the covers manually.

Hi,

Sorry for my late reply!

I need to ask you something: Can you see the covers of movie that you have already imported in the past?

Open the Configuration window, go in the last TAB, and take a look to picture folders. Are these correct?

Please let me know.

Alessio
