The last few releases have reeked havoc on my XMM database.

- Movies being imported have a date of 9/12/2006 for the Last Modify and 12/9/2006 for the Date of Insert. In this case, showing as Dec 12, 2006.

- Over 400 movies imported from the old prior .net release have had all the dates reset to 1/1/1900

- IMDB script does not function. Imports hang while downloading Actor info. Solution is to change the "Actors Complete Download" to 0. The problem is then it downloads only one actor (why is it downloading all the actors images too? With over 50 people involved in a project, this is a waste and would like to disable the option.)

- Using a text editor, changing the ammount of actors in the IMDB script from 0 (all) to 8 (top 8 actors) has no effect

- IMDB is not downloading movie covers in 80%+ of the movies I am trying to import (ex. V for Vendetta)

- I cannot insert Covers from file or use the Paste from Clipboard option

- The AllMovie script never finds a movie on their site and appears to be non-functional

- I have the date format set to yyyy.MM.dd but everything in XMM is mm/dd/yyyy and dd/mm/yyyy which it appears to pick totally randomly

I can appreciate that there is a lot of work involved in this project however these bugs are not small and freeze my entire system while using the IMDB script (for example). This feels like an Alpha release and would never have updated if it was still in a testing phase. I have over 500 movies and each of them have at least one of the problems listed above. This is making it a nightmare to administrate. There needs to be a lot more testing before releasing these updates to your customers.

Hi Xtropy,

I am really sorry for all inconvenience you have with XMM, as you know I am working very much to fix everything. Some of the problem you wrote are related to IMDB script, I have upload just now a new release that fix the actor's download problem.

Btw, I have found a bug only now in the ScriptEngine, the #CLEARTAGS# function is bugged and slow down the import. I have fix it just now, probably today I will release a patch for this.

About Date of insert/modify, I have fix several bugs in 5.3.7.0 for this, and from now on should work correctly. Please write me back if I am wrong.

Really thank you for your patience, XMM is a really complicated software due to all function, so it's not easy find every bug.

Alessio
