Im able to reproduce this bug.

If I press "Add movies", and open up the picture manager inside the Add movies dialog, (press the picture manager button) I then get the cover for the movie selected in the database, (the movie selected BEFORE i pressed "Add Movies"

If you close the picture manager, the info for that movie is insterted into the "Add movies" dialog.
