Hello,

Just downloaded the last 5.6.5 update and was going to install it over
5.6.3 just as usual. But now I cant - the new exe file says:
"You must be logged in as an administrator when installing this program"
and refuses to install.
Why is that? XMM never needed Administrator rights and I never use my PC as an Administrator on regular basis. Yes, I've read the changelog which says that there are some changes requiring to get an Admin access on Windows Vista, but its never been an issue on Win XP SP2.
Any comments or ideas how to get around this problem?

Alessio,

Yes, its the exe file of last update - extrememm5.6b5update.exe.
It shows a message window with title "Error" and message
"You must be logged in as an administrator when installing this program"
The only button "Ok" just exists the process.

I've tried to run exe file extrememm5.6b3update.exe and it doesnt
show this window, it starts installation wizard right after launch...

Regards,

micron.
