Posted - 19 Apr 2008 : 14:34:19 I upgraded to 6.2.2.0 using automatic update and it has stopped loading my databases. I backed them up, tried to do a fresh install, and had no luck. I also tried a older, and previously working version, and got the same issue.
I am running Vista, run as administratot, in XP SP2 mode. I have Microsoft framework 2.0 installed.
I tried opening the database in Access and I can see the tables, so I know the databases are ok and the data is not corrupt. I did get an error that it was missing a reference to Microsoft DAO 2.5/3.5 Compatibility Library but I don't think this is a relevant issue.
It refuses to load the databases, just hanging at the prompt of the spashscreen that says loading movies.
Not sure what to do now. Any help would be appreciated.
Also, as a request, a small script to load ASIN numbers from Amazon.com would be a HUGE help! |
