I have problems pasting covers from clipboard into cover manager. The pictures can be imported, can be viewed in cover manager but can't be displayed in moviecard. And it's not possible to open them in Photoshop (Error message that jpeg header is unknown or defect).

The clipboard images came from websites or other applications. I have to admit that I've disabled the "use irfanview to convert images" because by using this function the images were always saved with reduced quality (I want to have "untouched" images). When importing images from within the cover manager (by scipt or by file manager) everything is o.k. - only the clipboard is affected.
