Some movie cards automatically select correct cyrillic encoding but some are stuck on Western European. I have to change encoding manually in each movie card; the program doesn't remember last encoding used.

all entries look correct in 'edit' view or in Access. Any suggestions on how to make html card select correct encoding automatically?

I found a fix: on the card view, right click, Encoding, Cyrillic *AND* un-check Auto-select.

Also, proper language is selected in Control panel > regional and language options > Advanced tab > language for non-unicode programs
