Posted - 15 May 2010 : 19:31:01 Hi, I cannot add Movies from HDD. Selecting this features causes a COM Error: "System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80040154), CLSID {65BD0711-24D2-4FF7-9324-ED2E5D3ABAFA}" System: Windows 7 x64/Windows 2008R2 x64. I got the same error with both Versions, v6 and v7. On Vista x64/Windows 2008 x64 everything works fine. |

Posted - 29 May 2010 : 11:13:19 No Errors in EventLog. The Framework is OS included, no need to install. The Location of the Database is also not the Problem. I am a Administrator and no UAC is active. I think I will use the XP Mode or a virtual System, not the best solution but it works. |

Posted - 27 May 2010 : 16:17:59 Try a fresh install and put your databases in a public folder so that you have full rights to them. Run the program as administrator and turn off UAC also. ensure you have the proper dotnet framework installed. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=0856eacb-4362-4b0d-8edd-aab15c5e04f5&DisplayLang=en Works fine for me on my XP32 XP64 and Windows 7 boxes...... anything in event log for errors?

Posted - 26 May 2010 : 17:01:50 Du sprichst ja auch german, gell. Die DLLs lassen sich nicht registrieren. "Der DllRegisterServer-Eingangspunkt wurde nicht gefunden". Kann man 32Bit DDLs auf x64 Windows verwenden? Normalerweise doch nicht ohne weiteres. |

Posted - 23 May 2010 : 14:07:56 Hi dr.action
this is exactly my workflow, too. But here it works without any problems. I've installed xMM not in the program files folder and start it always as an administrator to avoid access rights conflicts. Maybe it helps when you re-install or update the .NET framework and/or xMM or register the Interop.*.dll (with regsvr32.exe) manually.

What is your exact workflow when you try to import. Because here (Windows 7 x64) I have no problem importing movies from HDD.
