I have a windows 7 64. The movies are all in the same folder in a external disk (My Book 1TB). Have the latest version (7.0.7.2)
I open XMM, the file resident start to look in the folder I selected, but suddenly stops and does nothing, doesn’t end the search and doesn’t add movies.
Tried everything, reinstall the program, run whit admin rights, run whit xp sp2 and sp3 mode, change the folder, make folder public etc. It seems that only work with a few movies in the folder, but with all the collection just stops searching.
Please help.
Thanks

Hi,

What is the extension of these files?

If you use the function "Add Movies"->"Scan your drivers in search for movies", does it works?

Alessio
