I just installed the newest version and when I try to open it, it just comes up with an error, and won't open. Is anyone else having this problem? I have been having nothing but troubles with this program for a while. I have another post and no one will answer that one either..... Can I get some help please! Thank you |

Hi,
Its strange... what do you see instead of the picture? a red cross?
If you edit a movie, do you see the picture?

Well it seems to have fixed itself. It loads up. I am still however having the problem with the HTML. I have tried all of your HTML and none of the pictures are showing. I do have them all in the cover folder, but they are not showing up in any of the HTML views. Could you please help me on this Alessio.... Thank you |

Hi,
What message do you receive? What OS do you have?
If XMM is running under windows 7 please try to install (or just cut-paste) in the desktop, to be sure that XMM can write files.
