Hello.
I update my os to W7 x32 from Vista x32
I intalled EMM,it's working with my database but impossible to update EMM.
The updates of the scripts is working but not EMM !Strange.
I have Microsoft .NET framework 4 client profile on my pc.
If somebody know something about this bug,you can answer me.

I can update EMM in waiting I'll find why the update don't work.

EMM installs itself in Documents Folder because the Programmes Folder is protected (write-protected) in Vista and higher. Since EMM isn't 100% Vista or higher compatible (Folder Structure) it doesn't work in protected Folders like Programmes. Or if you want to install it inside the Programmes Folder you must manually remove the Security Protection for the EMM Subfolders inside the Programmes Folder. |

Hello.
The flag is checked in the list.The subfolder "LiveUpdateTemp" exist and EMM access because the script update working.I have Windows 7 x32.
The fist time I installed EMM,the update working ! But I unstalled it because the directory folder of EMM was in "Documents" and I prefer to have the directory folder of EMM in "Programmes".And now I installed EMM with the folder directory in "Programmes",the update of EMM not working.

Hi,
I have try just now and seem to work... have you checked the flag "update" in the list, right? XMM should download the file in "LiveUpdateTemp" subfolder. Please let me know if this folder exist and if XMM can access to it.
What OS do you have?

Hello.
I see in the windows"XMM live update...",the new update.
I mark the compartment for the new update(scripts working),then I click on "Start the update",no download the update of EMM and the windows "update finish,close EMM to make update" appears
I close EMM but no update,only scripts update.
Strange.
