Hi,
Sorry - still using 6.8 and had my first problem for 2 years today.
Started Up XMM and got the message "XMM has encountered a problem and needs to close". The message occurs well before the little window that shows the progress of loading the various components of the system

No other information.
I can open the movie database with Access
I have re-installed the program but it makes no difference

So what can I do to get out of this mess?

Hello,

Please sorry, can you told me what OS do you have? Have you already reinstall the MS Framework?

Ale
