New user down loaded update and eventually receive error 740 states needs Elevation. Currently the program does not recognize DVDs placed in the drive, just spits them back out and requests a disc be installed. |

OK, try to right-click on the EXE setup -> Run as Administrator...

Hello,
Are you logged in as administrator? Because seem that XMM cannot launch the Update EXE that has download.
