New user, program successfully installed, running windows 7, when I attempt to input movie data from DVD it states This program has stopped working and it ejects the disc. I have tried several different DVDs and the program ejects them all. The DVD drive functions just fine when the disc is played in Media player.

Just a question: Do you have Divx or avi files inside the DVD or its an "Original" DVD?

Because seem that you are using the wrong function to import info...

Any luck reproducing the error and or suggestions on how to get the program to accept the input from the DVDs? so far I have had nothing but problems with this program. I appreciate the help.
