Alessio Hi,
I just figured that media tab (codec, resolution etc.) is not imported as used to be. All fields are empty regarding the media info. And when I look at the last normal import, it is before the day I got the new registery key from you and re-authenticated XMM again.
Since that date, XMM had not imported the codec and media info. May be that also might be the problem with the "Frame Extractor".
When I Re-Read the codecs within the edit window, the info is captured and saved, but XMM doesn't read them automatically at the initial import process.

Since I use the file monitor's auto import feature, I didn't see that option. But now imports correctly =) |

Hello Erke,
please be sure that the NEW option to not read the codec is unchecked.
The option is in the File Scanner window, in red.
