Hello,
I use Win7 and modified the user document paths to a NAS. The XMM is on c. Now I wanted to update XMM and started LiveUpdater with an error. The Update File itself started as Administrator end with the error: "Internal error: Failed to expand the shell folder constant "userdocs"". No success of a total deletion of the program path, same error. Ideas?

It's funny,
used the full install file. Same effect. The download-Path was also the NAS, a connected network-drive. But when I copyed the install file to the local drive, it works.
The error expected before the first window...

I should expand a little on Ale's comment. Please try downloading the full install from the website and once downloaded click it and right mouse click it to run as adminstrator to install. As noted in some other posts Win 7 and installing programs has some quirks that don't happen every time. Running install as an adminstrator seems to work the best. We are looking into it and doing some research. =)

Thanks for letting us know.

Hello,

Seem that XMM cannot write on that folder. Please be sure to run XMM as administrator.

Let me know,

Ale
