Okay, this has been an off and on annoyance with me for some time. Why the heck does the screen capture sometimes work, but most often not? I'm trying to do codec reads and take screen shots of the files, but the program refuses to even read the file from the stupid disk and its very frustrating. The section to the left doesn't even show anything from the video file, its blank... Does anyone know why the heck this doesn't work? The files I seem to be having the most problem with are AVIs.

As close as I can tell, the problem seems to only be with AVI files, which is odd. Other programs aren't having a problem with doing screen captures, only XMM.

Oh, and I've already turned off Irfanview, but that didn't help any.
