Posted - 13 Dec 2011 : 02:56:42 I have problem more often than not of attaching the Actor HTML card to the Movie HTML card. The problem is that the actor photo does not appear on the movie card - just the name and not linking to the actor html card. If the actor photo does not appear on the movie card what I have to do is DELETE the actor profile and re-add the profile back again. This is too tedious. |

Posted - 21 Dec 2011 : 06:58:52 I've never used the script. I've always entered my database manually. I used the actors cleaning but the problem persist. |

Posted - 19 Dec 2011 : 00:43:04 Yes JDommi, I'd forgotten about that, even though I used it last week just to find 8 or 9 actors that had not picked up an ID from IMDB when I imported movies. Good plugin |

Posted - 17 Dec 2011 : 00:02:58 I used to get this problem until I found that the Actors ID didn't match the ID in the "Starring" of the movie card. In the end I downloaded all the ID's from IMDB (5900 in total) took a fair amount of time but the result is that I have no more trouble with photos and the DB works great. It doesn't have to be IMDB's ID number to work but they do have to match. I chose IMDB because there is a script, added my own photos for the missing ones |

Posted - 13 Dec 2011 : 07:28:33 Hello,
What script are you using for Import information? Because sometime this problem is related to this.
