Hello
if you right click on a movie and choose "Re-Update Automatically" action, the script downloads all data and overwrights previous data, but it downloads the cover/poster AGAIN, so now there are two SAME posters in the cover manager.

Sorry for delay guys...

Prinz is right, with the new irfanview XMM is not able to detect if the picture is the same, so it download again.

I will try to find a workaround.

Ale

The real filename is lost during import. All images are renamed during import and simply numbered in the order of there import.

the name of the picture file can be checked!

Oh, the pics were checked for duplicates? That was new to me as I have a lot of duplicate covers.

The reason for that is probably the IrfanView update in the last XMM Version as requested: http://www.binaryworks.it/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=9153

With the new IrfanView version the compression changed for jpgs and therefor the resulting jpg's are different. Different file-sizes and content = XMM can't detect that the images are the same.

It's because covers can't be overwritten because you might have loaded the existing cover(s) from another site. There is no check if two covers are identical, therefor they are always added.
I think this can't be changed.
