finally (after long time) a scan for duplicates compared with weblink in the latest 7.1.3.7. edition. Many Thanks. Found lots of duplicates.
Waiting is on a scan xmm database against movie contents of hard disk. ( the opposite of scanning for new movies)Example : we can find duplicate moviex.avi and moviex (2010).avi It is easy to delete moviex.avi from database, now we must find that movie and delete it from the hard disk!, for this we need a script that sincs hard drive with xmm. (with build in security checks, so we cannot delete the wrong files.)
The option īscan for missing filesī in xmm does not do the job. The new scan could be a simple job to design.
