************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

I think so, but I hadn't used it that much.

I actually reimported my db (it took ages for 5.500 entries w directors, no actor cards) and now, the same file in v7, with a similar grid, takes 12'' to load, but this version takes 31''!!!

Both versions on the same SSD, on i5 / 16gb ram.

Hello,

The old 8.0.2.2 was much quicker?

Ale

It's not such a big problem, I'd just like to know it in advance so that I wouldn't have to rebuild the grid etc. I also lost my moviecard, don't remember whta else I had changed.

Another thing: this new version take 19'' to load! That's way way to slow! And I mean the default view, with no customisations.

Yes, you are right, the problem is that I have change some important things and files from 8.0.2.2 and 8.0.2.7... so if you have install all the other 2.3, 2.4 etc.. you have not to install the FULL...

It would be interesting to know which customizations got lost. There've been a few issues in between which Ale did address. If some were not in the list it might be helpful to know what actually did not work for you.

It worked. But that's not the point of an incremental update, is it? Now all my customizations are lost?

Please install the full release instead, the 8.0.2.2 is too old

Ale
