I was importing TV Series information from THETVDB when 8 TABS were inserted into the Plot Field, which already had information in it.

I had already populated the Plot Field using IMDB.com. I decided to do a second web update using THETVDB.com. Afterwards I noticed the 8 tabs stops had been inserted in front of the existing Plot information. I checked the Option's for MagicScript and confirmed that the check box for "Add Values only if Field is Blank" was checked.

The result of the leading tabs was that in the grid for episodes, all of the Plot Fields appear blank even though 8 tabs should have still left some information showing given the size I had set for that field to be displayed in.

Would it be possible to do some basic house cleaning of that field after importing data into it. Specifically removing leading spaces, tabs and other characters not typically associated with the first character of a word.

Thanks,
Norm
