I've set the folder correctly. I am sure, check it over and over again. I am using the licensed program, and using the latest version. (8.0.3.9)
I do not want to erase my database and I do not want to start from scratch.
Strange.
Are the videos of a file type XMM knows about? In options, there is a list of extensions ... do they match with what you want to add? |

Posted - 29 Dec 2012 : 18:26:19 Are the directories set up correctly (see > Options ... > Device Scanner)?
If you have made a full install of a newer version in between you may need to set up the scan folders again. |
