A few days ago, there was 600 movie in my computer. Today, I added the 50 movie more. Then I started the Device scanner, but DS was not found the new movie file?

Is there anyone else who suffer from it? what can I do?

Also check that the option to not import duplicates isn't checked...

Hi eMurat,
I'm Trixster. Have you looked under options the Device scanner tab? Are the check boxes for recursive folder search checked? If not check them. Let me know.:)

Strange.

Are the videos of a file type XMM knows about? In options, there is a list of extensions ... do they match with what you want to add?

I've set the folder correctly. I am sure, check it over and over again.
I am using the licensed program, and using the latest version. (8.0.3.9)

I do not want to erase my database and I do not want to start from scratch.

Are the directories set up correctly (see > Options ... > Device Scanner)?

If you have made a full install of a newer version in between you may need to set up the scan folders again.
