Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get a refund. I purchased this software after reading a review that said it was great. Not only did I purchase the movie software, I purchased the entire collection because it was suppose to be so easy to use. It might be but not for me. I need software that will run without to much trouble. Ican't figure this one out. I have sent and email a couple of days ago, still waiting for an answer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
