The movie info loader from the internet doesn't work for me.
When I select to update from net, there are no selections list available. using windows 10, and yes, connected to internet??? |

Well, did you have read the help section or did you have tried a little bit?
Did you have a look at the options?
"The Loader from Internet" - what's that? Do you have selected any script to let XMM know from which site you wanna grab your info?
As example yesterday there was updated one of the IDMB scripts. So where is "no support" or where is "the program dead in the water"?

I think only your attitude needs a little fine tuning!!

So it really seems to be the best to write an email to alessioviti -at- binaryworks.it to get your refund.

after reading through the rest of the forum notes, it appears that the programme is now dead in the water. How can you guys continue to collect money for something that is no longer supported and doesn't even work. I expect a full refund for my purchase on 15th January 2016.
Or I expect fraud allegations will be lodged in the appropriate agencies.!!
