I've problems with the FPS field for video streams:
When I read a Blu-ray video stream the field is populated with value "23.976". Then I close the edit field with "OK and then the FPS is stored as "23,976", which means switch from "." to ",". Reopening the edit window and saving again cuts the FPS value to "23".
maybe the field has the wrong format.
