In tab "video" there is a media language data field that is now obsolete and can be deleted for two reasons:
1. Media language is now located in the audio tracks grid in audio tab, that means same thing twice over.
2. You can select a language out of a dropdown menue, but the value is not stored anyway.
BTW1: media language in video tab, language and subtitles all have the same list for language selection. Media language in grid in audio tab has another list in dropdown list (ony few items, all in english language). Maybe you can unify this.
BTW2: Is it possible to grab the media language for each stream? At the moment it doesn't work.

OK, I will remove it from the Video Tab.
about the point 2: I will try but I don't know if its possible.
