Hello,
I use the IMDB Complete script to update my movies. It worked fine yesterday but today the script does not complete for any movie. The DirectLink selection is not shown at all. When I look at the script status, the cycles are just increasing. Please help.

You've solved it on your own 
But I always have thought that all windows will automatically be opened on display 1 when only one monitor is present. Strange. |

I found the problem :) I'm using XMM in two computers (1 notebook and 1 PC with 2 screens) and syncing them with goodsync. In PC, I tought, acidentally I moved the script windows to second monitor. Thats why I couldn't reach the script window on notebook :) Now I returned to the PC and looks like everything works well :)

Without testing:
Start Regedit, go to key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop and change the value of “ForegroundLockTimeout” to "0". After a restart of Windows the begaviour should be okay. |

I've tried everything to reach script window, it's always in the background :( This problem started after latest huge Windows 10 update (I'm using 10.0.14393 version) I have smilar problems with BSplayer also... |

That can have two reasons.
1. The device scanner is busy. But that should be over after a few minutes.
2. For any reason the window is in the background of XMM. Have a look in your taskbar (doubled icon!) if you can reach that window from there.
Since Win 10 some windows like the script updates are behind the main window when called from the status bar. Maybe it could help when starting XMM in compatibility mode for XP + ServicePack3. |

JDommi, I made the change already, also tried with Complete script, when I wrote "Then" I was thinking I must change Complete script ;)
My problem is I can not reach Script window! Tried lots of times to click ribbon icon, status bar icon, Alt+Tab etc. but I can not reach Script windows and choose the directlink...
Will try my other computer later :(

Windows -> Start-Menu -> Run -> Notepad
Open C:\Users\[Profile]\Documents\eXtreme Movie Manager 8\Scripts\IMDB\IMDB.COM (Complete).txt
Strg-F -> :REPEATMTITLES
Scroll down two lines
Remove the colon after "http:"
Save the script
Start XMM and test it |

Script stops at Waiting direct link selection. But I can not open script wi,ndows by clicking lower right corner icon or ribbon icon? Can not reach script window :( |

Now I'm using the IMDB complete script (deleted scripts folder and updated again 14.09.2016 version of complete script) bur still have endless loop problem? Even I can not open the running script window? |

Do you guys use the IMDB(Fastest) script? I have forgotten to fix it like the other IMDB scripts.
I think it's a useless script as it is identical to the complete one except that there are different predefined settings...
You can correct that script yourself:
Open the script with any text editor, search for :REPEATMTITLES. Two lines later is the line of code to change.

To the DirectLinks I can't say much. I never have tried to change anything in that code block.
So I have to pass that question to Ale. |
