I import an episode and I get this error Concurrency Violation
What does this mean |

Try following:
Go to C:\Users\[PROFILE]\Documents\eXtreme Movie Manager 8\MediaTypeIcons and copy the Flash.png to FLV.png.
Maybe you can see here your "weird cross", too. |

Also this error comes up when I add flv files and it fails to add the files and when I manually make the episode and add the flv file to the episode |

It appears here:
right click a tv show>edit> episodes tab and in one of the episodes the media icon looks like a weird cross |
