I couldn't find the setting for choosing the image-naming scheme. I can't remember if it was there in the first place for XMM 8 but what I noticed is that newly added pictures now follow a different setting to the one I had once choosen.

(I prefer a "Title-ID" / "Name-ID" setting for images.)

There seems to be an entry in config.ini which may relate to this but I'm not sure if it is still relevant. Any hints?

And please! So long ago I asked for a some smart import function. I have all my files as Director - Title - Year. Why can't XMM still offer a scheme for auto filling the fields? (esp. when you do have it for episodes),

And yes, "Year" works nicely.
