Recently when updating movies with scripts or chains, XMM doesn't download any images. All of my old movies still have their images and I can add images to any movie manually. Any suggestions? I'm running version 8.1.5.0. Although I had the problem with version 8.0 as well. It worked in the beginning, but recently quit downloading images. It does update other fields, such as time and actors. |

Thank You! Sure enough "use IrfanView" was checked. So I unchecked it tried a new movie addition, and now I have pictures again. I also have an all black frame with gray arrows pointing at the corners of an image in front cover and another in fan art. I deleted them using the covers manager. I can do this manually, but I am wondering if there is a reason for these frames. |

Make sure under options> General tab - use IrfanView to convert Images is unchecked. |
