First I want to congratulate everyone involved with this program. I can't imagine all the effort and continuing support you are putting forth. Kudos to all!

I apologize for so many questions. Please forgive me. The more I use XMM, the more there is to learn. It's such a wonderful app.

Latest question: It seems that sometimes the movie trailer will download, and other times it will not. I am speaking of the same movie. I realize not all movies will have trailers available. I am asking about movies that DO have trailers. There are movies I have added to my database that show the trailer in the detail window and plays fine. Then, perhaps as an example, the cast did not download. I will update the movie via web, and the cast will be downloaded, ... but the trailer that was there prior to updating, will be gone.

I have also tried deleting the movie entirely and re-adding to the database. Sometimes the trailer downloads, ... sometimes not.

I have also tried deleting all but the most current databases, repairing and compacting the databases.

Has anyone else seem this behavior?

Thanks in advance.

OMG JDommi
I am so sorry to hear about your data loss. It is sad we have to endure such malicious behavior. I wish you a speedy recovery and perfect success in your effort to rebuild.

I didn't have recognized that so far. But I will have a look at it. Unfortunately I'm still in the progress of rebuilding all of my own databases because of virus. So it will take a little more time than normally as I already have rebuild only 60% in about 2 weeks...
But maybe another user has time to check that?!?
