Hi Alessio,
i am finally trying to convert to v8 (since i can use it portable now ;-) ).
But there is still a major flaw: missing umlaut.
For example, when importing the details to Expendables, the first sentence looks like this:
"[...] ist der Anführer der härtesten Söldner-Truppe der Welt:"
It is supposed to be (v7):
"[...] ist der Anführer der härtesten Söldner-Truppe der Welt:"
This problem occurs with all scripts/sites i have tried, so it must be related to v8.
Any chance to get this little bugger fixed? :)

Converting movie details worked great, the wrong characters occur when getting the movie info from internet (as mentioned i tried several different scripts)

I have not understand if you get wrong characters when you convert the movie from V7 to V8 or when you import movie info from internet with XMM 8
