Hi, I am new to this software so please excuse any ignorance.

Without going into unnecessary details my main priority from the software is actor info however having run the imdb and moviedb and even foreign language actor scripts I am not getting any biography information, all I seem to get is dob birth place, filmography, profession and weblink. Is there something I am doing wrong? how do I get any actor script to populate the biography fields?
