Posted - 23 Aug 2014 : 00:00:48 Hi, trying out your software and still deciding whether to buy it. I have 2 questions:
1: Why can't I see the year a movie is released, I have looked all over the info fields, but couldn't find this important info. I actually would like a new field for this so one could order movies chronologically, would this be possible? Now I have the option to do this myself in one of the custom fields, but it would take too long and be too tiring to fill in the year of houndreds of movies.
2: Is there a way to renumber the movies so that the movieid follows the alhabetical order or another order? Also is there a way to choose what order to follow when exporting to html? I would like to make two exports mainly, first with alphabetical ordering and second with chronological ordering.

Posted - 23 Aug 2014 : 10:08:54 Yes and yes! 1. The movie year IS there. It's behind the movie title on top of the HTMLCard and in the EditWindow it's at the same position just behind the title. 2. Menu: Tools -> Collection Maintanance -> Movies/TVShow -> MovieID Renumbering (Alphabetically)
To the Export function have a look at or ask in the "HTML Templates" section of this forum. I never have used the export.
