Hi. This is probably very far down on the suggestion list, but I have to ask a question.

I have multiple Samsung SmartTV's that I have (until purchasing eXtreme Movie Manager 9) linked to watch movies through accessing my WD MyCloud through the Multimedia resource over a wireless network.

The problem is that the Samsung SmartTV's do not have any user- friendly search or movie management software...you can only scroll through the, in my case, upwards of 1,500 titles alphabetically.

eXtreme Movie Manager 9 is an awesome product, but requires using a computer to 'cast' a movie to a SmartTV.

I am sure Samsung (and other SmartTV manufacturers) - but more importantly us movie library managers - would value an eXtreme Movie Manager 9 application accessible through SmartTV's, where the servicing computer of the application and the movies being managed are accessible over a wireless network.

It would be great to learn the capability already exists and I am just to stupid to find it using Google/Bing search engines...

Thanks,
ttrench

Hi. The LogMeIn application does allow control using an iPad2 so as not to be tethered to a Windows-based computer.

Thanks,

Thanks JDommi.

I understand. Seeing if LogMeIn might work through an iPad...

I think that's too special for a database program.
Of course as plugin that would be a nice feature. I sometimes stream a movie to my TV directly by the windows media center but that's only possible with AVIs. Therefor I never have had a deeper look at.
What about Samsung SmartView? It's existing for Android and Windows...
