Where does one change Layouts, please?
I use hundreds of programs, but I cannot see any obvious way to do it - in fact I cannot see any way...
Thx

Best to start XMM in advanced mode. I only have started beginner's mode one time, so I'm not really able to describe the right way.
I assume that you have started beginner's mode, otherwise you surely have seen that option.
But "plenty of screens"? *wonder* I only use one layout...

Many thanks - I already have plenty of screens for the previous versions, but I still cannot see where/how to load/save them...

Just move/open/close all desired windows and arrange them as you want. Then simply save your layout. It will automatically be loaded on next start or you can chose another previously saved layout by using the view menu. The skin can there be changed, too.
