I have been looking though my Genre and Subgenre listings and I have noticed that there are several genre that I dont need, My request is for a fuction that will automaticly remove genre x from a titles list for example

for a title X my subgenre fields is "English Dubbed/Foreign/Japanese/Science Fiction"

I would like to on a batch command remove "English Dubbed" leaving
"Foreign/Japanese/Science Fiction"

Like the replace words in All fields command but for the genre and subgenre fields.

part two

I thought the Genre lookup table was automaticly update as new genre and subgenre are imported into the database. This no longer seems to be the case.

Part three

It would only seem logical that when using the genre lookup table manager that if you delete a genre you also have the option of deleting that genre from all movies like in part one.

Thank you lordkiwi,

You are right, the genre are not managed correctly right now. I will add this to my work list.

Thank you!
