When I updated XMM, a card that I customized seems to have disappeared and been overwritten. How do I prevent this in the future? I will have to find this out.

I was very proud of myself for using this page to figure it all out. Now I guess I'll have to do it all over again!

Updates always overwrite existing cards when the filedate is newer than your own.
Therefor customized cards should have another name. Same for all related scripts I think.
As I temporarily work on a card, too, I always make an extra backup of all modifications and copy them to a special folder.
