Hello I Have a quick question on adding a tv series, I have the first season of "Lost" and I have successfully added all the episodes and I was wondering if I can have it so when I double click on the movie title on the thumbnail view screen that it will play all the episodes in the file instead of just the first one?? anyone know how to fix this ??? thanks in advance

Great
I hope that Ale will add a function to add movies/episodes to a playlist that can be executed so that this playlist has not to be generated separately.

Just add the files/episodes to a playlist using windows media player/vlc player and save the playlist on your computer. Then to link the DVD just "right click" on the DVD choose "edit" and go to "files tab" and Press the "Read files" button on top, find the playlist and click "Open", after that a window will popup and click "Read Codecs of Selected Files" At this point the program will now open the Movie with the program you created the playlist in. And all episodes/files will be displayed. So this is a nice work around for those who don't want to open each episode individually and can enjoy the DVD through the same great program "eXtreme Movie Manager"

Here's a pic of the playlist linked to the DVD

Well, there is still a lot to do. And sometimes a few things will simply be forgotten although already requested.
Playlists are unfortunately not directly supported I think. But you could try to save a playlist (*.m3u) and put this link into the path of your movie/database.
Another way could be to add a formular to the HTML page that will create or simulate a playlist. Maybe someone can create such a formular on the card...

Ha! I got it working, so this is what I did I followed your advise added all the files to a playlist using windows media player, thus making all the episodes load off one file then I when to the files tab under the edit screen in extreme movie manager and typed in the address to the playlist instead of the movie file and hip hip horray!there is all the episodes like how I wanted, thanks!

Why have a feature of listing the episodes for a season if your unable to play but only one episode though that seems unlikely
pwpfrog Posted - 28 Jul 2013 : 18:58:28
so your saying to execute them outside of the program using a playlist in say windows media player, or does this program support playlists?
JDommi Posted - 28 Jul 2013 : 18:55:26
Well, I think Ale starts only the first file by an execute command. In the case of several files this method doesn't work correctly.
Better way would be adding the files to a playlist.
But I don't know if that will work for all players...

another thing is that it this method works fine for movies as I would just double click the dvd art and bam the media player pops up and starts playing the movie from the beginning but every time I click on the lost dvd cover it only plays episode 1 and the others are listed but don't come up in the media player... any ideas?
