Hi,

Some problems i've noticed since i installed the .net version this week.
1. When export movies to excel (.csv) in the 4.8 version we could make the choise for the divider, i believe a ";" for default, what worked ok, because if i opened a generated .csv every new field was a new tab in excel.
Now with the .net version the export uses a ","
and when opened in excel i have all the information in column A of excel. So i now have to save the csv into a .txt file and import it again in excel to get everything in it's place where it should be.

2. In the add/edit window we could give our own words before (4.8 version) let's say for MEDIA and Media language here in belgium with a disney dvd, there often in English / Dutch / Flemisch Spoken. Now i have to type it every time i add a movie. Before i add it once to the configuration, and i could choose it everytime from the dropdown box, so i also write it in flemish (dutch). So now i have to manually change it to "Engels" or in the worst case "engels / nederlands / vlaams" Same for the subtitles

For the rest, keep up the good work, i've been using emm since a long
time and it's getting better and beter,

Regards,
Stefan

Hi Stefan,

It's not ready yet this feature, but I am working on it, I mean that you will be able to define "default" values for some fields that will be automatically filled when you add a new movie.

Bye!

Is there also a way to make a language the default for the media language,
and the media DVD as default media for a new inserted dvd?
Just a suggestion, but it would save a lot of time when inserring a new dvd

Thanks,
Stefan

Hi,

Thank you for your suggestions, I have finish just now the N°1, will be ready in the 5.3.5.0...

About the N°2, at this time you have to manually insert the new values in the Languages database: go in "tools" -> "Manage lists" -> "Edit languages"

Bye!

Alessio
