Hi and thanks for this software. So far I am quite pleased with it

I got a notification that there is a new version available. Is it just a matter of installing it over the old version? I don't want to risk loosing data...

Don't download full file, just the update which in this particular case is 3MB. Here's the direct download link http://www.binaryworks.it/download.asp?file=extrememm5.4b5update.exe
Make sure you shutdown XMM before you run the update.
