Posted - 25 Mar 2007 : 13:25:45 Is there any way of globally removing the punctuation anomalies "& #39;" that IMDB user descriptions often contain? EMM imports words like we & #39;re from IMDB in the Details, Comments dialog box and it makes reading difficult. It all stems from people using sloppy English but the fact remains that this dialog box is often littered with garbage. Not a major issue .....but annoying! I note that this forum software correctly translates these expressions so I have added a space to highlight the issue & #39; |

Posted - 26 Mar 2007 : 21:20:07 Thank you. There are dozens of movies where this happens. Try Blood Diamond as an example. I suspect that EMM does not handle these extended character set codes properly? |

Posted - 25 Mar 2007 : 16:03:32 Hi,
Yes, there is a way. If you open the Script and go to the bottom, you will see the #SUBSTITUTETAGS# block.
Here you can define the substitution for these characters.
What is the movie that gives you problem? So I can try to fix it.
Thank you,
