Posted - 26 Nov 2009 : 15:29:04 Hello I start to use XMM again after a long break. It changed a lot. Congratulations for all this changes. It does need some time to adjust and get along again with so many possibilities.
I have a couple of questions about key shortcuts :) Is there a keyboard shortcut list? Or a way to change shortcuts around? And more precisely, I am trying to access the direct link (currently to IMDB) without to have to right click and go throught the contextual menu. Is there a key for that?

You seem to imply there is no need for it. Opinions vary I think. A function key for 'Refresh' comes to mind, just like F5 is used in browsers as IE and Chrome. This could realy speed up repetitive grid tasks with active filtering. Anyway, it's a shame the software is so poorly documented that even basic questions about what has been implememented are hard to answer, even with the changelog. Users shouldn't be forced to search fora for basic help. |
