Hi all,
does someboby know where i can find some information on how this script option works?
i just want to know what changed toggling this option on and off in imdb scripts!

Hi,
This function works in 2 ways
1) If find a link in custom field 8 it take this one.
2) When search movies, if in the list of movies found there is one with the same name and YEAR, it take this.
Of course you have to fill the year value in the movie to work.

I always just figured that it read from Custom Field 8.
If you know the IMDB link,put it in there and it will read it and take that movie.
Make sure that you don't set it to update that field though, as it will not overwrite it, just append....so after 3 updates of one movie you would have 3 imdb links in there.... |
