Posted - 07 Feb 2010 : 22:14:52 Hi, I've just started using the XMM and so far I'm very satisfied. I have one question/comment though. It is realated to movie cards look. I must admit that I do not like the default look neither the 6 other design options that are included in the instalation of the program. Are there any other movie card design options available? How can I import them into XMM? Is there any easy option how to edit current default movie card?
Thanks. |

Well, that's the problem because I have no idea how to do that That's why I wrote "easy option how to edit"... |

Posted - 07 Feb 2010 : 22:31:58 You only have to edit the html cards with an editor. The files are located in MovieCards (DefaultHTMLCard.htm, etc.) and in MyCollectionCard (actor.htm, episode.htm and movienew.htm). Have a look at the used variables and feel free to modify them / create your own. And: please share your work with all users by sending it to Alessio ;)
Edit: additional movie cards can be added by simply copying all needed files into MovieCards folder, The others have to be modified as there is at the moment no possibility to add other cards. And make sure that you keep a clean structure to not mess up the folder with pics, etc. that are only used by your card(s). Best to create an own directory for it... |
