Hi
When I used the (Exchange Movies Through Database) option I have The movie information's copied but:
1) The Covers are not copied to the new DB.
2) The Actors are listed in the Movie card but NOT imported to the new data base (0 actors) and no pictures also.
Is there any way to solve that?
My Data base contains 4000 plus Titles, I'm planing to have a separate sub Data base for each of my 8 disks, that will take ages to re-add the actors one by one, and to re-update there info, or to copy the data base to each disk then delete the movies stored on other disks.

I do a database for each one and also have a complete (using the media labels to define which drive they are on). If you look in your database folder, you will see 3 folder called covers, photos and thumbs.
I manually copy them over to my main one so the pictures are there, but I don't use the actors feature so I can't speak to that.
You could sort by media label and then update the actors for all of them if they are missing? |
