With the updates being a reduced size now are all the fixes you do in the updates or would be better to download the complete version.
Thanks

Posted - 08 Mar 2012 : 23:02:10 Thanks. So to get all the changes it would be best to do a full installation.
What normally do is update then update with your latest releases and if my card has problems i hunt down whats wrong
and then i plagiarize anything that i didn't think of. |

Posted - 08 Mar 2012 : 22:41:20 In that 3 MB File aren't any Movie Cards
If you unpack the 3 MB File you only get the following Files/Folders:
\Configuration \eXtreme Movie Manager.exe \Languages \PlugIns \Configuration\empty.mdb \Configuration\i_view32.exe \Configuration\none.png \Configuration\personal.png \Languages\catalan.ini \Languages\english.ini \Languages\french.ini \Languages\german.ini \Languages\hebrew.ini \Languages\Hellenic.ini \Languages\italiano.ini \Languages\Language File Here.txt \Languages\magyar.ini \Languages\nederlands.ini \Languages\polish.ini \Languages\portuguese.ini \Languages\russian.ini \Languages\russian2.txt \Languages\slovenian.ini \Languages\spanish.ini \Languages\turkish.ini \Languages\ukrainian.ini \PlugIns\XBMC-Exporter.exe

Posted - 08 Mar 2012 : 22:30:04 Lost me there. I get my updates by adding the _update at the end of the full release in download section. I do like it that so i can rollback if i run into problems. In my liveupdatetemp folder has everything you've done and updates from 7.1.3.3 to now. I only do a full install when something doesn't seem to be there.
I cant see how all the Alessio's changes and your fixes fit in a 3mb update.
Should have rephrased the question. |

Posted - 08 Mar 2012 : 21:21:01 The small installer is not the real XMM installer.
The small installer is from: http://www.somotoinc.com/ It downloads the same old installer to the temp folder and executes it after it's done with it's own (optional) install. |
